The Committee for Frankston & Mornington Peninsula is proud to introduce Barnacle Studios! CFMP invites members for morning tea to hear from Chisholm Institute's Michelle Crotty; and Sally Baillieu and Max Johnson from Barnacle Studios about the plans for the theatre and the creative pathways it will bring for the southern peninsula community.

Barnacle Studios Collective is a dynamic creative hub set to transform the cultural landscape of the Southern Mornington Peninsula, with The Broadway as its home.

At its core, Barnacle is more than just a space—it's a community-driven initiative aimed at empowering artists, makers, and creative enterprises. Through collaborative opportunities, professional development programs, and skill-building workshops, we foster artistic vibrancy while fuelling economic growth and community engagement.

We envision Barnacle Studios Collective at The Broadway as a nexus for creative collaboration, providing a platform for local artists to thrive and for the community to engage with and discover local talent.

CFMP Community Partner, Chisholm Institute, will talk to the creative pathways this site will produce and help retain young people in careers where they live.
